Know Your Rights and Obligations

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "33bd9" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 33bd9 online betting and gaming platform accessible at 33bd9.io and its associated mobile interfaces.

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 33bd9 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times. Any change to your registration details must be reported to 33bd9 support promptly.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 33bd9 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 33bd9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.

33bd9 may, at any time and without prior notice, require you to verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure. Accounts that remain unverified beyond a specified period may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 33bd9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not support foreign currency deposits or withdrawals. Any currency conversion costs incurred on your end via your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are published on the relevant payment pages within the platform and are subject to change.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 33bd9 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name — third-party payments are prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks prior to processing. 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 33bd9 platform are final once confirmed by the system. 33bd9 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances where the platform has made a demonstrable technical error in displaying odds or game information, as determined solely by 33bd9.

Sports betting markets — including cricket, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other events — are subject to individual market rules. In the event that an event is cancelled, postponed, or suspended under circumstances covered by the applicable market rules, bets will be settled in accordance with those rules. Where no specific rule applies, 33bd9's decision on settlement shall be final and binding.

Casino games, slot titles, and instant games offered on 33bd9 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds provided by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages applicable to each game are set by the respective game studios and are not modified by 33bd9.

33bd9 reserves the right to suspend any betting market, game, or product category without prior notice in the event of technical issues, suspicious betting activity, or regulatory considerations. Players affected by such suspensions will be notified via the platform's communication channels where reasonably practicable.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

33bd9 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback programs, or other incentives to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to individual terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 33bd9 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be rolled over the specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonus offers are available to one account per household, device, and IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitute a violation of these Terms.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bd9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or assisting another person in doing so, for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.

• Colluding with other players in casino games or on sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or during any KYC verification process.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 33bd9 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 33bd9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33bd9 platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 33bd9 platform without express prior written consent from 33bd9.

10 Limitation of Liability

In all circumstances where 33bd9 is found to bear liability to a Player, the total aggregate liability of 33bd9 to that Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the 33bd9 platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

33bd9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
